To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@vexaas.site or call us at (610) 759-8139 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some products, including gift cards, digital downloads, and custom orders, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can assist with that as long as the item meets the return criteria. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds for exchanges will be processed as described above.
